Comparison of a New Test With Monoclonal Antibodies Versus Other Analogous Tests for Detection of H. pylori in Fecal Specimens

The aim of this study is to evaluate accuracy of the second generation monoclonal enzyme immunoassays (HpSA PLUS Meridian and Dako) versus the polyclonal one (HpSA Meridian) on fecal specimens, for HP infection status determination and in particular to estimate effectiveness of reorganization or elimination of the "grey zone", often source of "dubious reactions" in the first generation test.
